ANNE JOHNSON-BEY
President
Anne Johnson Bey Serves as President and COO of WECA. Anne has an engineering background and has held roles as Facilities Manager and Process Engineer at several Fortune 500 corporations, namely Chrysler and Toyota. She helps facilitate day to day operations and WECA University programs.
SHONDA SMITH
Vice President
Shonda is a WECA Board Member Apprentice and serves as WECA's University Training and Development Liaison. Shonda Smith possesses a degree in Psychology and has extensive HR background with a concentration in beauty aesthetics.
NATHANIEL R. CAUSLEY, JR.
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Nate is the Chairman & CEO of Global Tax Centers, Inc. (Symbol: GTC), an Authorized IRS Tax Service Bureau providing accounting, bookkeeping, incorporation, payroll, and tax preparation services in the US and Internationally. He's turn-around profit specialist with proven track record of taking over core operations in fragmented, under-performing, diverse, urban or mainstream domestic and international markets, while driving over the top revenue results while utilizing strategic cost saving measures to increase net profit without sacrificing the most important hidden assets of the company - the people.

TRACY HYPOLITE
Treasurer
Tracy Hypolite joins the board with over 30 years of dedicated experience in the field of education. Having served in multiple leadership roles, Tracy has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and strategic planning. Her visionary approach played a pivotal role in transforming the most challenging schools in Lafayette Parish School District. Tracy contributes her department’s success to building strong school leadership, effective mentoring of teachers, and having high-functioning collaborative structures in place. Together, these components formed a foundation for sustained progress and success within the schools’ communities.
Tracy began her journey in education with a passion for fostering learning environments that inspires and empowers both students and educators. Her leadership style is characterized by collaboration, inclusivity, and a genuine concern for the well-being of all she serves. She promotes a culture of continuous improvement and a strong sense of community with the departments she led and has been a part of.
Tracy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana @ Lafayette, a Master of Education degree from Nichols State University, and an Educational Specialist degree from Grand Canyon University.
SHELLY MURDOCK-MYERS
Board Member
Shelly is a WECA Board Member, as well as the CEO and Founder of Fit 2 Flaunt and three exotic workout studios in the South Florida area. Through her Fit 2 Flaunt Mobile App, Shelly offers poles for in-home fitness lessons as well as a variety of workouts that are designed to provide virtual support for both beginners and advanced dancers. Shelly loves helping people be better and is passionate about helping underserved women in particular making her an asset to the WECA Board.
LASHONDA JOHNSON-BEY
Apprentice Board Member
Graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Psychological Sciences. I’m current working in the mortgage industry as a Specialist, Servicing QC. I’m eager to be of assistance where and when needed.
CRYSTAL CHANEL MATHIS
Director of Marketing & Communications
Crystal Chanel Mathis serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications. Crystal Chanel and her team manages all marketing and promotional efforts, and executes all social, digital and print media campaigns as it relates to branding of W.E.C.A. When not working with WECA, Crystal Chanel runs her company, Press Release Marketing, enjoys cooking, traveling and being social with family and friends.
